I made a new graphic organiser for students to write on during group discussion.
‘Lisa has recently consulted an optician and realised that she has acute myopia (short-sightedness). She has 3 options – refractive surgery, wearing glasses and wearing contact lenses.’
In groups, students are required to discuss and write down the advantages and disadvantages of each options and decide on the final conclusion. This is a good way to let the students work on their thinking skills to analyse, make decision and solve a problem.

Thought it would be nice if I could include my drawing, now how does an optician really look like?
Anyway, I hope you like the free worksheet!
*Update! I created presentation slides for this worksheet! This is a good filler if you have some time for extra activity for your students.
